If there’s anything about what mind can do that I am grateful about, it’s the ability to gather evidence of what you truly believe in. These days I am all about living up to the identity I want, and I am learning the experience first hand. There are challenges and temptations on the way of the process. This is no book only thing. I could say so far I am proud of being on track as much as I can.

Recovering from a long life issue, I dare to say I truthfully am letting go of that thought; it’s been a hindrance to my pursuit of healthier life. In order to be healthy, you need to let go of the unhealthy mindset. Keep creating the thought of myself always carrying my personal issues won’t take me as far as reaching the potential I have in me. To be great, I must believe I can be great, I am great. I realize that now.

To be able to stay on track I am very grateful to have the people that I need. Mind gathers evidence. When I will myself to be well again, I am met with persons who could take you to the resources: therapies, supportive people who’s been through the same path and succeed, the support from people who believe in you and cheer for you. They’re the gifts. These relationships I couldn’t exchange for anything; something that I learn today as I read the Day 3 of The Magic by Rhonda Byrne.

Look forward only for better days ahead.
